Please fill out the form below if you would like to participate in the 2023-24 Evergleams on Eighth Event and have a tree on display in your business.

Trees will be on display this year from November 22nd to January 7th.

Setup will begin to take place on November 9th.

After you have filled out the form, you will be brought to a secondary page where you may submit payment via PayPal or credit card. We are looking forward to working with you to create another sparkling holiday season in downtown Manitowoc this year!

Setup Preference

Setup will take place from November 10th-19th during normal business hours. Please let us know if you have a preference regarding when you would like us to place your trees, and we will do our very best to accommodate your request!
